But now here is an opportunity where you can not only see the idols being selected but actually claim your stake to being one.Yes folks, the search for the Nepali Idol has begun, and in case you didn’t know it, today is the last day for the auditions.The "Nepali Tara" program is an opportunity where many aspiring talents can get their only shot at stardom. The winner of this competition will be given a once-in-a-lifetime chance of cutting a musical album and a music video with popular lyricists and composers. And for the top nine runner-ups, they can provide vocal support in Alok Shree’s upcoming album.The auditions, which took place at the new Studio 4 in Kupondole, will also be aired on a weekly show on Nepal TV starting from January 29. The Nepali star will be declared on the 28th episode of the program. Reacting to the overwhelming response of people, Ranjit Acharya, producer of the event and MD of Studio 4, maintains, "In two days, more than a thousand talents have already participated."
