Aug 31 - At least two people were killed and 18 others injured in a head-on collision between buses at Basamadi in Makwanpur district along Mahendra Highway Tuesday morning. According to our Hetauda correspondent, a passenger bus bound to Kathmandu from Dharan collided with another bus coming from opposite direction at Basamadi area this morning.
The drivers of both the bus were killed on the spot in the accident.

Reports added that six of the injured were in critical condition.
